Our client who specialises in the distribution industry (Domestic and International Courier) is looking for a New Business Sales Executive that will compliment their sales team at their Johannesburg branch.

Minimum requirements needed for this position:
Must have Matric or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years working experience
Previous working knowledge of the courier industry or any other related industries will be advantageous
Previous proven sales experience within a competitive service related industry will be given strong consideration
Strong client relationships within current environment to increase future new business opportunities within this role
Must have the ability to close deals
Must be target driven and thrive on new business
Must work extremely well under pressure
Must be able to work in a team as well as have the ability to work independently
Must be self-motivated, driven, positive and confident within own sales ability
Must have effective communication skills
Must be well presented and professional mannerism
Computer literate – MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Must have a valid code 08 driver’s licence
Posses own presentable vehicle
Key Performance Areas:
Source new business in line with current business model
Ensure target margins are achieved for each new client
Analyse clients requirements and prepare quotations accordingly
Develop and maintain good client relations
Assist with client queries, claims and accounts payable
Prepare and present monthly reports to clients timeously
Update Goldmine activity
Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports
Attend weekly sales meetings
Monitor current trends and changes in the market
Assist with deliveries and collections when required
Assist in client services and operations when required
In return our client offers:
Monthly CTC of R18 000.00 per month (highly negotiable depending experience and skill)
Aggressive monthly & quarterly over and above commission structure
