Main Tasks & Responsibilities
• Telesales – make contact with clients from existing database
• Generate revenue through effective cold calling
• A daily target will set which MUST be met - to be discussed in interview
• Keep up to date records on company’s Customer relationship management programme
• 20% account management, 80% new business
Special skills/attributes required for the job
• Friendly and outgoing personality with good telephone manner & skill
• Computer literate
• Hardworking and creative approach to sales
• Excellent communications skills
• Positive and enthusiastic
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Team player
• Customer focused
• Previous sales/ telesales an advantage.
