Sourcing and screening of CV's
Assistance with drafting of interview guides, job adverts etc
Full recruitment process - sourcing of candidate, interviewing, short-listing and all required credential verifications (qualifications, references, criminal record, driver's license, ID validation)
2. Industrial Relations
Providing advice on IR issues
Chairing of a disciplinary enquiry
Assisting with grievances, warnings, Poor Performance etc.
Ensuring compliance with Labour Legislation
3. HR Consulting
Employment Equity (assistance with EE plans and reports)
Employee Relations
Conducting Exit interviews and trend analysis
Induction / Orientation
Assistance with the implementation of Employee Wellness programmes and HIV / AIDS awareness programmes
Auditing of Personnel files
